Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery and equipment to support construction and maintenance projects. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:
- Operate commercial vehicles and equipment, including bulldozers, roll-off trucks, loaders, dump trucks, backhoes, and more
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Safely transport materials and equipment to job sites
- Follow project plans and specifications to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
- Excavate, grade, level, and compact earth or other materials as required
- Assist with the setup and dismantling of construction sites
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project execution
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations

Experience:
- Proven experience operating a variety of heavy machinery and equipment
- Proficiency in commercial driving and operating specific equipment such as bulldozers, roll-off trucks, loaders, dump trucks, backhoes, etc.
- Mechanical knowledge to perform routine inspections and minor repairs on equipment
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles during operations
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
